Without the heart they would've never won a powerful ally like Leatherhead on their side. Mikey's still a priceless asset on the team.

Plus he's the most agile/fastest of them all. That comes in handy plenty of times.

Yeah, Mikey's the athletic one of the group and is the fastest so he does have a role in the team. Plus, I think he's smarter and wiser than the Turtles give him credit for since Leatherhead even said he had a wisdom beyond his years.

To me Mikey is like Peeta. Peeta while is not as strong as Katniss, but is more charming and charismatic and knows how to handle people so that can be a very valuable skill in getting information or handling a crowd. He's like the face on the A-team.

Well, according to people who went to NYCC, she acts "cold" towards him in the beginning of "Buried Secrets" and once again, Donnie and Casey are butting heads for her attention. I'm trying to steer away from any of those clips because I want to see for myself when it comes out, but it sounds like, once again, fans are jumping to conclusions.

We're not sure how much time has passed between the kiss and "Buried Secrets." Plus, teenage girls deal with just as many hormones as boys do, maybe even more so. One day you feel like snuggling and being flirtatious, the next day you need some "me" time and would rather just keep things simple for 24-hours or so. I know we've seen those couples in high school who were literally joined at the hip and hated to be away for like three seconds, but teenagers don't always want to show affections in front of their peers. Lord knows I wouldn't want to flirt around my boyfriend's brother(s).

I still think April is just not ready for a relationship, but she when she is, she'll want to be with Donnie. Right now, she just hit the Pause button.

Depends on the conclusions, but as someone who saw the episode, it sure looked to me like the same sort of stuff we've seen all series wrt Donnie and Casey's moronic bro off.

in response to the talk of Donnie's out bursts I really like them. I think they are funny and in keeping with a 15 year old having to deal with what he is. as for him not being calm, again I think it works, none of the turtles or any of the character are the way they are normally depicted as, at least not fully. they act like teenager, teenagers that will grown into the iconic characters we know.

Raph has better control, Leo is not as stoic and Mikey is a little more naïve. there are however signs that they are moving in the direction that is more iconic for them. Raph is apparently going to have a dark personality episode this season and he is going to be mad when he sees Shredder again. the end of the last season has clearly changed Leo and he will be more focused from now on I think. Mikey is going to have a crush and he is growing as a character. Donnie is bottling more and more up and not reacting to all the demands that are made of him. he saved Raph life, more than likely singe handily and doesn't get a lot of thanks for it. as he says, sucking it up is his thing. they are growing into the more iconic views of the characters, which I like. part of the fun, for me anyway in watching a show is seeing the character grow and change. theses characters a definitely growing.

about Mikey, Raph not being need, of course they are. Leo and Donnie think and plan, which is good and needed, but you also need to be in the moment use your instincts. that is what Raph and Mikey do. they are all need to make the team work. Leo and Donnie take on the more pressures, so that Raph and Mikey don't. because they are at their best when they can be in the moment and use their instincts.

I have always believed that they could find a way to function as a team if they lost one of them, but they wound, couldn't really do it. because they are brothers. that is their greatest strength and weakness. not to go on much longer, but each of them has a their greatest strength also be their greatest weakness.

I think I'm start developing a stress vein myself but it's more to with angry then confusion.

Yes, that's it exactly. And while Peeta isn't as athletic as Katniss and is horrible at being stealthy, he's great at camouflage and staying hidden, so he does have some strength there. With Mikey, it's his athleticism that is his strength as well as his compassion.
