That was when they aired Manhattan Project this year. Although no new movie next Summer, so they might not have to space episodes out so much. Nick's airing schedule continues to remain a thing of mystery wrapped in hiatus wrapped in SpongeBob repeats.

Ugh, its been so bad with these rerun breaks since Season 2 till now.

It'll be even worse next year because Season 4 only has 20 episodes, so expect more breaks.

Seriously, don't you have anything better to do? Go out and play football with some friends or something. TMNT can't be all you do with your time.

Yep, I noticed that too. Is the network being run by morons? Or, does somebody really not like TMNT and hopes it starts to fail in the ratings so they have cause to cancel it, and not worry about breach of contracts with the producers/writers and cast? I can understand having hiatuses, but unless there is something specials going on like a movie or an awards show, they should be showing TMNT reruns. Really, I'm flipping through my online guide, and there is no mention of TMNT on Nick at all. I see the 1990 movie and SOTO being advertised, but not the 2012 show.

I love how you signal me out alone when most of the people here have been complaining about the lengthy rerun breaks. Its not about "having other things to do" which of course I do, its just that I'd rather a healthy run of new episodes before a break.

Airing 3 episodes, then taking two weeks break, then another 3 episodes, is seriously killing interest in the show

I can't help but wonder if they're pulling reruns from the station in attempt to boost DVD sales. The season 1 boxset just came out, and the final volume release of season 2 will be coming out December 2, so from a marketing standpoint it kinda makes sense that they choose not to let us watch the series on television.

Heheh, yeah I guess you have a point. Sorry if I jumped the gun on that. I suffer from Internet PTSD (Post TROLL-matic Stress Disorder) and sometimes I think I'm being trolled when I'm really not. So again, my bad.

But you're right, it would be a TOTALLY silly plot if it was remotely like that, but I wouldn't put it past the writers since they don't do a very good job in portraying Casey in a likable fashion. I mean, he has his good moments, but only when he's NOT trying to win April.

I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to rewrite episodes I've seen on TV. I had a much different idea for "Pizza Face," which included Irma and Mikey teaming up, BUUUUUT thanks to the little season 2 plot twist, my idea just zoomed out the window.....I swear, not to toot my own horn, but I'm starting to wonder if I had pursued a writing career in college i might actually be on the staff for this show. Course, I'm a woman so I probably would've been ignored anyway.

This is so true. I am already feeling like I am starting to lose interest in the show. By the time the holidays are over, there's a strong chance that I have just pretty much given up on the show, and will catch it via Amazon when summer rolls around.

If I had a dollar for every time you claimed you were going to stop watching the show, I could forget working another day in my life.

But yeah, hiatuses are always annoying.

At least we aren't Gravity Falls. Had to wait a whole damn year just for the second season. We got our next season less than a month after the finale.

Oh yeah, please quote me on that. I really would like to see you try!

Maybe, maybe not. I got bored with the 80's toon around season 4, and just stopped watching it. It's rare a show can keep me coming back for more than 4 years. The only ones that managed to do that were 24, Homicide: Life on the Street and Third Watch. I'm really not much of a TV person, I prefer movies instead.

And to note, this place has been kind of dead. Maybe people aren't that excited for punk frogs, nightmare beavers and demon Donnie like they were for the Leo one shot. This isn't good for the show!

about the whole demon Donnie thing, the demon possession being tied to a car thing isn't really something im looking forward to but hey, at least its more mystic/supernatural involvement

Demon Donnie, Raph, Leo, Mikey, etc., I'd still look forward to it because it sounds so out there and the concept is funny to me, but I do have a strange sense of humor.

The Dream Beavers seem like a nod to the OT. They had a Nightmare on Elm Street nod as well.

Punk Frogs I'm looking forward to because the origin will be different and seems they'll be bad guys on their own, not brainwashed by Shredder.

Why do I get the feeling they're going to spend the first half of season 3 at the farm?

Well, it's already been stated that a total of 13 episodes are going to be at the farm. That's pretty much half the season. I was optimistic about some great arcs coming from them being on the farm, but instead, it's just been wasted on rehashed plotlines and ripped off characters from horror movies instead of them coming up with their own plot lines. The most interesting aspects that are intriguing won't be happening until they come back to the city, sadly. The introduction of Hun and Dark Raph.

Yep, they are supposed to be at the farm for at least 12/13 episodes. (I heard it was mentioned in the I Tunes description)

The turtles at the farm isn't bothering me as it's a change of scenery and it's something different.

If you watched Gargoyles back in 96, 4 of the characters had a world tour for 21 episodes and we only saw New York for 2 1/2 episodes. It did frustrate me back then but now I love watching the world tour episodes as my fave character Angela was part of it.

So you get used to it and by the time they get back to New York, you be wishing they had a few more episodes at the farm.

By the way, someone on Tumblr has seen the promo for the next episode but no video posted yet, so keep your eyes peeled for it.

Wait, were those the Goliath Chronicles when it was pretty much only Goliath, Angela, and Elisa?

So we know the gist of the next three episodes. I wonder what they're going to be doing in seven through twelve. Could they be stretching out that vision quest bit and making it into an arc? unless they're bringing the Creep back and doing more with the frogs, I'm not sure what the last six farmhouse episodes will hold. Well, unless they decide to do some mirage based stuff. That might be cool.

Anything but "Sons of the Silence Age". I would however like to see their version of the Radical character or maybe they could something with the Mikey's feudal japan story.
