What the hell you talking about. I didn't see any moments when Mikey was treated badly. I only saw Mikey being Mikey. Ok he made one mistake for accidently pushing the button but everyone makes mistakes.

He was excited to be going back to New York.
He had the idea of searching for Splinter in the old lair.
He helped to calm feral Splinter down.
He stopped Baxter Stockman.
He hugged Splinter.
He used a smoke bomb to get away from Shredder.
He found a temperary home.

Leo wouldn't let Mikey come along with him, Raph and Donnie to explore the abandoned lair, even though he wanted to help.
