Also, just because he wants her back doesn't mean she wants the same. She just wants to stay away from others for the sake of their safety. She wants nothing to do with him. That shows a lot of love was between them, that's for sure. |

Of course, my cable went out fifteen minutes in. It was in and out for the remainder of the time. But from what I did see...
I loved the relationship of B&R. They actually work well together and have respect for each other, so far anyway. It looks like the beginning of a beautiful friendship. It was good to see Karai again and it was Leo who snapped her back to reality. I find it funny that Mikey said they were siblings while Leo called them friends. Oh, and what the heck was that look between April and Casey when she said it was a little too crowded in the pizza place? Did something happen between them during the Vision Quest episode? If so, what? Did Casey make the moves on her and she told him off, or that she wanted Donnie perhaps? Could it be that they are secretly dating? |

So how many you knew that Karai wasn't going to join with the turtles by the end of episode?
Raise hand. ![]() Something tells that this "Karai not joining on the turtles" will be a on going thing. You know, like April and Donnie never going get together because I can't possible imagine what would been the next step of progression in terms of story telling. ![]() Well at least they doing something with her mutation. My only hope that Bebop and Rocksteady will be the starscreams of the group so they can stand out and constantly try to stab Shredder in the back. Foot clan really does need a starscream.

You're not supposed to want him with her, he's the bad guy! It just adds more to his character when you realize the sadistic bastard has a weakness.

What an amazing episode. I'm already loving Bebop and Rocksteady and they only have been mutated for 10 seconds. They have some chemistry together so I look forward to them becoming a normal enemy for the Turtles to fight.
The fights were off the hook. That part where Leo and Shredder are just going blow to blow on the docks was insane. Some of the best fights of the show in this episode. Karai has always been an awesome fighter to watch too, but she's seriously awesome as a snake. That part where she took out the Krang droids was cool to watch, not all the time you get to see a snake fighter. Looks like she'll end up having to be retromutated though, so that's sortof a shame. Was cool to see she still ha some sense though. Love the episode, hyped for the rest of the season. Damn at another hiatus though. |

Didn't really like this episode especially compared to last weeks episode.
- I really liked the B&R mutation scene - Why did they make Zeck so annoying? - A little disappointed that there was no dialogue between Leo and Shredder regarding their fight from The Invasion. Feels like their first fight since the attack should've meant more. - I'm glad it was just the Turtles on the mission. It was nice having a break from April and Casey. They don't need to be on every mission. - I was really intrigued by "the comet" until Leo said it was a hint to where Karai would be hiding. Hopefully there is more to it. |

Very good episode overall, with the main focus being on Karai and the snake mutations with the new Bebop & Rocksteady the other main plot, and they nicely converge together based on the consequences, and I felt it was appropriate to see what many saw as the Nick equivalents mutate them. It will be interesting how much action Casey and April will get now that the Turtles have declared the enviornment hostile to humans, though I feel they won't be used nearly as much as they did during the Northampton episodes for awhile. Antonio's as a lair IMO was a great idea since who doesn't think of Turtles without pizza? The setting could lead to an important plot later on if they go into the processing room like they did on the OT episode Cowabunga, Shredhead. And it's always neat to see the Turtles battle Shredder as always. Finally, I still feel that Karai is with the Turtles/Splinter, its just that I feel she is escaping to safety on the comets.
Overall: 8/10

Karai's mutation will probably be short-lived, just like Kirby's was as, "Kirby-bat."
At worst I can them waiting till the season finale to change Karai back along with all of NYC at the same time. |

I understand. I just dislike the impression that whatever "love" Shredder has for her in his own deranged way is 'moving' or meant to be sympathetic. I'll just drop this now, since I didn't mean to make it a big deal. I watch a episode for the first time in a while thinking maybe, just maybe, something interesting might happen that'll renew my interest again, but eh, not really. |

Could the Comet be in relation to this?
The Comet was a diesel-electric streamliner built in 1935 for the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad by the Goodyear-Zeppelin Company.[1] Smaller than the other streamliners, it was a three-car, double-ended train that could operate in both directions and thus did not need to be turned at destinations—ideal for the New Haven's cramped terminus at South Station in Boston. I see it was built by Goodyear-Zeppelin company, and what else did they build? Blimps come to mind. |

I assume Comet was a building or some place she was staying. Could be a hotel.

Not a whole lot of "hunting" despite the title, and kind of expected, I dunno, a bit more surprise/shock when they finally found out she's a shape shifter. Guess nothing surprises them at all anymore. lol Already so jaded so young.
'Twas ok, average rating from me. Had the feel though as if it could have been an hour long episode that got half of it cut out for time. Like here we are doing things as point A, doing stuff at point B, point C... |

"1987 called, it wants its jumpsuit back!"
Good ol' Raph and his 80s references. Interesting to see that Karai can revert back to her human form at times. Good to see Bebop and Rocksteady again. These new versions of them seem like they'll be pretty amusing especially when interacting with Rahzar and the others. |

Love these quotes:
Fishface: Master Shredder, Karai is just too scaly... Uh I mean stealthy... and the city's so big... Rahzar: She's as slippery as a serpent... Um... I mean... we've looked everywhere master... Mikey: Keep it stealthy my ninjas! (the irony )Leo: LET HER GO, AND I'LL LET ALL OF YOU WALK AWAY ALIVE!!
