They are making a Half Shell Heroes HUMAN KARAI. Yet they make excuses why they won't for the main line VintagePlaymates.

The ones that were shown with Kraang Prime looked kinda strange in the paint job..too red maybe? Still pretty sure that they will be cast in pink gummy plastic and have just painted eyes, with the last figures quality.. or even worse!!

Speed demon Donnie is part of the T-machines line I think so the quality is inline with the rest of the line I would say.

I beg to differ. A purely brown body? C'mon, son.

I'm starting to wonder if I should switch to collecting the Half Shell Heroes line. They are so cute and have an awesome selection of characters. Love that Mutagen Man and Karai too!!

Playmates are Hypocrites.

"You want a human Karai in the main wave. Buy snake karai we will see how that sells/ female characters don't sell."

Makes Half Shell Heroes Human Karai.

2015

Well.....my wallet is going to take a hit this year. With all the Pokemon stuff (mainly cards), Sonic stuff, Power Rangers, and lots of cool TMNT stuff...it will be a year!

I actually am thrilled about the pizza thrower, because it is 1 of the original line I never did get. Still need to get me the huge $100 sewer set and the remake of the blimp also!

I wanted them to do a human 4 pack with the following -
A. Casey in street clothes (good paint details) with removable golf bag and weapons, plus removable mask - but have his face be unpaited.
B. Irma
C. Karai in street clothes (remembered when she talked to April and April didn't realize she was even foot??? Yes, figure of her is needed in that outfit.
D. April in a different outfit and yellow shirt, make it original, not even seen in the show- yet modern and something a 15 yr old would wear.

Bandai did a human multi-pack like this for Ben 10 and I am still wanting it! It sold really fast in my area and it had an exclusive Gwen and I think Kevin.

I do like Krang prime - BUT they should have made it SQUISHY!

Yeah the more I look at the high res version of it the more I see what you mean...the paint is so sloppy aside from not being finished. I hope it is an early prototype.

Sad thing is Playmates prototypes are often BETTER than what we actually see in stores.

I will wait and see what the final product looks like...but I admit...I am happy to see figures being made of the characters many of us hoped they'd put out. Still hoping for a Human Karai figure. I'll have to buy the serpent one for now... but I'm not a fan of that one.

Even more so, I'm hoping they'll up the quality with the paint apps, at least on par with say, Tiger Claw.

Apparently Shredder and Krang are cancelled/on indefinite hold:

http://www.actionfigurepics.com/2015...tles-instapics

"The bad news is that within the mix, the Classics line did not perform to expectations. So for those of you hoping to expand beyond the Turtles, Rocksteady and Bebop, with the Shredder and Krang figures shown in prototype previously, you are out of luck. Classics is on hiatus for now, but could be revisited as the sequel to the TMNT reboot hits screens in 2016."

Yes, you’ll be seeing repaints for a lot of the new basic and deluxe figures hitting in 2015. And one action feature that’s seeing a lot of use is spring loaded heads – the turtles can retract their heads into their shells and pop them back out at opportune times. The primary drivers for the newest of the new is the Dimension X plotline in the animated show (aka Turtles in Spaaaaaaace!) and Mutations – this means Turtles changing into their weapons or baby turtles and vehicles changing into other vehicles. The mutations may sound silly, but they are actually pulled off in a pretty cool way, in particular with the vehicles.

The humongous Sewer Lair playset, which was once considered a risk back when Playmates relaunched the line, is getting a makeover, with new characters adorning the cardboard inserts and a Dimension X portal in the bowels of the lair.

We’ll also be seeing more electronics with talking turtles, RC turtles, and the like, as well as plenty of role playing options. This year we’ll also be seeing more wide-eyed, cute turtles to capture the hearts and minds of the kids younger than the average TMNT fan. In other words, it’s a great time to be a younger TMNT fan – they’re the ones supporting the line and they’re getting the lion’s share of the attention this year.
I don't like where this is going.
RIP Playmates

What a load of BS Playmates. The Adult Collectors are the ones supporting the turtles line not the kids 4 yrs old and up. No wonder Playmates pisses me off so much.
