I'm sure the writers have much planned for Newtralizer. I think he has a few routes they could take him.

- Rogue Alliance team, like Powder said.

-Solo against the turtles for taking the Kraang off of Earth when he was trying to get his revenge.

-Neither good or bad, just a Newtral mercenary that could be hired by anyone.

Speaking of Newtralizer, is he an alien or a mutant? I'm pretty sure he's an alien.

I'm late to this party, but that was a fun mid-season event.

"Irma" fans will surely RAGE over this episode. However... I thought I did see a mutated human character with Irma's style of dress in the crowd scenes. Just saying...

Spiderbytez' human form was turned into a pizza monster, so I wouldn't take that to mean anything. They're just recycling models to cut costs.

That is a possible idea for a situation.

We know Stockman knows Donnie is able to create Retromutagen, but he probably conveniently forgot because of plot convenience. And because he is mutant fly.

Rahzar also knows that retromutagen has been created before. But he hasn't mentioned it to the Shredder as he probably' didn't think it mattered.

In Pig and Rino.

Bebop found the retromutagen after he knocked Donnie out but he didn't know what it was when he found it. Mikey blurted out that it was retromutagen when he sees Bebop has it. Unknowingly exposing Donnie as the creator

( I was at least right about Donnie being captured tried trying to help April. And that Donnie and Raph were in the van. And I was correct that Donnie would be exposed as the creator of the Retromutagen. But still Pizza and Ice Cream party another day.)

After the midseason finally, the fact the humans of the city have been restored and returned will certainly not escape the Shredder's notice. That and the fact the Kraang have been defeated. So he would know there is someone who is able to reverse mutations.

I can see Rocksteady pointing out that they could get the drop on Shredder by revealing that the Turtles have Retromutagen or one of them is able to create Retromutagen.

We don't know if they saw the Turtles fail at curing Karai. It's possible they did however, but feel Shredder doesn't need to know that.

Stockman then reveals it was probably Donatello as he is the brains among the Turtles. Rocksteady and Bebop think they can capture and force Donatello to created the retromutagen for them so they can have their humanity restored get out of the city without problem. As they were given the choice of serving Shredder or dying at the hands of the Shredder. And Rocksteady has said "We will serve you...for now."

Rahzar, Fishface and Stockman also feel they would be able to apprehend him easily.

Shredder is short sighted, but not stupid I would see him sending Tiger Claw out to apprehend Donnie at the very least. But have the other hench-mutants distract the turtles or pick him off from the rest of the team.

However when Donnie is captured he would have to reveal that he is useless to them because the Retromutagen didn't work on Karai. Stockman would say he has to be lying...but Tiger Claw doesn't feel the Turtle is making that up. But at the same time, there is the matter that the populous of New York was restored in-mass which would be hard to explain why Karai can't be cured but millions of people can.

Shredder would probably have his hench mutants torture and beat Donatello in order for him to make a cure for Karai.

Also when Mikey is messing with the chemicals and created the additive thing for the Super Retromutagen. We see him put random things in such as fish bones and a slice of pizza in there and a small drop of the additive was accidentally put in to create the Retromutagen. But when Donnie asks Mikey about what he used, Mikey doesn't remember. He just lists off what he thinks he may have used.

So even if Donnie is keeping silent to protect Mikey, they can't guarantee that Mikey would successfully be able to create the super-retromutagen again.

This was probably my favorite episode ever. I can't think of anything I'd change about it. Mikey gets to contribute a lot (although it was easy to see Donnie and Leo were starting to get a little tired of having their roles usurped), the Mutanimals were a lot neater than I thought they'd be, and the fight scenes were fantastic. You could tell that the turtles had definitely learned some new skills, and I particularly enjoyed watching Mikey show off at the start of the first half.

Unimpressed Leo is very unimpressed.

He was crabbier this episode than I think he's ever been, but I liked how he was portrayed (and watching him have a little outburst over Space Heroes was pretty hilarious). I liked Donnie and Monkeybrains' little feud too- it was a nice touch for them to step on each other's intellectual toes. Raph looked so happy to see Slash that he was almost cross-eyed with joy. It's the little details that make an episode fantastic, and I can't even list them all (although I was very impressed that they remembered to blow their mask tails upright when they were piloting the Technodrome).

I know what skirt your talking about, someone else had mentioned it another website. I re watched the episode and that was actually the blonde lady that you see from time to time also wearing a checkered skirt. You see her step out on her balcony during the invasion.

Not all but yes, CGI shows tend to keep the budhet down as much as possible.

Transformers Prime is a good example, it takes place mostly in the desert and only features a handful of actual characters.

Did you expect the Mutanimals to be new characters? The previous two incarnations were made up of already introduced characters... why would this be any different?

It's also not lazy so much as CG assets are redonkulously expensive and time-consuming to produce.
