Armaggon never appeared on the original series, only the Archie series comic.

Armaggon came from the future, with Renet appearing on the show soon, I would'nt be surprise if the Turtles travel to the future, and they encounter Armaggon.

Yea I remember the comic as a kid. I bought it at a Mr B's grocery store since they sold a few comics there I would buy when I got the chance as a kid. Mostly TMNT, X-Men and Spider-man. I also remember him being in one of the Tournament Fighter game

I'm mostly glad they went with giving get minor feminine characteristics (narrow waist, feminine facial features), without resorting to adding breasts and hair. Kudos to them, I think that this is one of the best ways of introducing her into the show, and allowing for multiple episodes, assuming the space arc is more than one episode. Hopefully we'll see a figure, preferably in the space suit, with some of those weapons shown.

I doubt she'll be a one shot character and will more than likely have more appearances. As for her being Raph's love interest, I don't know. It could happen but I'd rather it not happen right away.

I'm good with no love interest, in fact I wish they'd just do away with them in general. Besides Raph is into furries (see Ninjara and Mezcaal, and potentially Alopex).

Seriously though, I would love to have female characters not be relegated to love interests.

What I could see happening is, Mikey teasing Raph about Mona Lisa being his girlfriend, Kind of like how he did with Donnie with April.

I was thinking that myself. It was getting annoying reading the same point again and again.

On a serious note, I'm very pleased with Mona's design. They've proven themselves to handle female mutant designs well. They didn't give hair, breasts or long lashes to Karai either. There are subtle details in the design that makes someone think that the mutant's female rather than male. When the design was first seen on the book cover, people already suspected that it would be a female mutant/alien. I'm glad they've changed her from her original appearance in the original cartoon.

I've been impressed with all of these character reveals. I've been waiting in anticipation for the triceratons and Fugitoid. I didn't really enjoy the arc that much in the 2003 version but for some reason I'm really looking forward to their appearance on the show. I don't remember Lorg Dregg from the original cartoon but his design looks really impressive and promising. I'm really excited for season 4 to start. Like Cubed, I wish that we got an image of Renet that wasn't just concept art. We've been waiting for Turtles in Time for so long now.

I doubt she'll be a one shot villain. Many of us thought that with Newtralizer but he came back for another episode, so it's likely Mona won't be just for one episode, especially with how fans really like her and have wanted to see her for a long time.

I don't think she will be a villain, but help the Turtles while they are out in space, I can see her being there guide to all the cosmic stuff.
