Thing with a Raph-Mona relationship is, I don't see it carrying on more than episodically past the space arc (unless, of course, Turtles In Space is the whole season, or something... doubtful). What would she even be doing on Earth? For Raph to fall for her so hard he'd bring her home as a mate, for instance, would be way too far, way too fast for this show.

If there is a romance, I can't see Raph falling for her so fast. Remember how he acted about Donnie and April? Raph seems more cynical about any of them finding love, so it seems to me that he won't be the type to go all head over heels in love with her like Donnie did with April. For him, he'll probably reject her or act like he doesn't care about her and deny it even though his brothers tease him. Then, somewhere down the line, he'll realize he does care for her and that's the way it'll be.

That's cause Raph thinks it wouldn't work cause shes human, and donnie is a reptile, This Mona Lisa on the other hand is full reptile, perhaps he will see something in her, or the other way around. Pinning it down to just being a reptile might be going a little far... more like Raph assumes April wasn't going to want to be with Don because as far as humans are concerned, they're freaky monster things. She does seem to be that much more receptive upon finding out she's a mutant too.
