I bet the Mutagen had some of the animal DNA when they mutated them, regarding the whole animal gene in humans, Its probably him referencing that humans were once Apes, so he's mutating that gene with animal DNA.

Baxter is already in the movie so they are not adding an extra character.

It's possible it's longer than 90 mins and if he does turn into a fly, it most likely happen at the end.

Well I'll give some praise. So far all we had to on about Tyler Perry's performance was the over the top "this is gonna be good" which suggested his performance will be more Madea than Gone Girl but he doesn't seem so bad here. I know it's a long shot but hopefully his delivery during Bebop and Rocksteady's transformation is just an isolated moment and not indicative of his performance in this.

The whole idea that there's some animal elements in human DNA is an eye rollingly bad idea. I hope that the line is supposed to be taken metaphorically and not literally.

Shredder's helmet? Just NO. As someone mentioned it looks awful next to to the simplistic design if the rest of the suit. Not to mention they've completely over steered in trying to correct how over-designed the character was in the first movie now he's way under designed. I hate to say this but I actually prefer the megatron Shredder from the 2014 movie better than this. If he shoulder and shin blades like every other version has it actually might not make that helmet seem so out of place.

Also the whole Lego Technodrome is a crappy idea. It's not visually interesting, it's just a mess.

And you also need to spend some, any, amount of time on his character in order for that transformation to have any story or character impact at all.

I know a lot of you don't give a f*ck about that kinda thing, for things in movies to make sense and fit together well, but some of us do.

So how is this going to work with Stockman if he becomes a fly mutant in this or a further sequel? There's a dormant animal gene in all of us...so why will he transform into an insect?

I know this movie seemed bad when we started seeing the Loony Tunes-esque stuff like the Turtle Truck's extend-o arms and Raphs's splat but there was still some potential that it had a decent story and message behind it but from the the questionable turtles-as-humans sub plot and now this everyone is an animal crap it really has jumped the shark.
