They said one of the first villains they are working on is of a larger size. So my guess is either snakeweed or spider bytez

This line has a deep roster they can tap into. Even for turtles they can do samurai, space suits, their mystic gear(which is one of my favs), ultimate ninja gear, monster hunters, and mutant apocalypse versions

We're still waiting for more news on this line, hopefully later this year or early next year, but in the meantime Pixel Dan has a video talking about his hopes for this line

Wow...other than The Last Ronin, I've managed to avoid buying NECA Turtles. I love them, but just have too many lines already. NECA doing the 2012 show will pull me in though...it is my favorite TMNT show!

I hope the great looking paint will make it to the final versions. You can see not only nice shading but also a subtle speckling on their skin that mimicks the look of the show.

Frankly they look amazing.

Love an angry/fierce Mikey face sculpt. Especially since most of the time he has a goofy smile type expression. Also looks like I’ll be selling my revoltech set.

These honestly look pretty perfect. As was mentioned, the subtle little texture details from the show are spot on, as are the expressions. I'm going to attempt to show some restraint with this line but the turtles will definitely be mine!

Like the 2K3 series, I enjoyed this one, but don't have the attachment to it I do to the (admittedly inferior) '87 series.

That said, these two look really amazing and I will probably pick up Leo and Shredder, if not the other three Turtles as well.

Ice Kitty would go in the center on my self.

Mondo Gecko would be nice as well, his 2012 design was lit.

I wouldn't get rid of Revoltech, peeps.

NECA is not that great at making actual, long term *usable*, *poseable* figures. What they *are* good at is making *affordable* figures you can't find anyone else making with *good likenesses* (for the price).

Have I bought hundreds of them? Yep. From many lines. Including their original Nightmare Before Christmas figures. Which I bring up because it is similar to where I think TMNT 2012 might end up.

The 2012 designs contain a lot of weak points when translated to action figures. How long do you expect the turtle elbows to last? They will loosen up quick, fail to hold your forearm poses, and become brittle fastest. Those NBX figures are very delicate now, I am afraid to move them, some broke immediately when I freed them from the packaging (yes I realize they were made decades ago now and they don't make them the same way anymore, but even in their newer figures similar issues exist).

But that's just the turtles...many other character designs in this series are even less structurally sound from an action figure perspective and will require even spindlier joints. And you want bendy wire Snakeweed tendrils? NECA Alien series made use of bendy wire and you will need to be very careful long term because those wires are going to split right through and out of those tendrils.

Keep em Revoltech, and expect this line to have some of these issues.

Yes I LOVED the 2012 version of the Shredder clones. Genius reimagining. I’ll definitely buy that 3 pack.

Nice! Was hoping to see Splinter, but very cool. Was initially let down that Raph came with Chompy instead of Spike, but looks like they’re hinting that Spike will be a Slash accessory in the future.

Hate Donnie’s wonky eye. Hopefully his alternate pupil-having head is decent.
