Why wouldn't you get banned for that? Don't post stupid things on a political reddit.

I mostly just stick to videogame, cartoon/anime and some TV show reddits, so I never have a problem.

Same. Sports, and super hero’s mainly. Some Tae Kwon Do stuff a bit too

Politics on the internet just gets way too nasty now. I avoid it as much as possible.

I've been spending more time on reddit lately. Most forums are dead or on life support like this one. I only go to youtube to watch videos but never check the comment section as there's no point. Twitter is only for one particular fandom, and there really is nowhere else to go (tumblr is mostly just for fanart)

Sad to say, reddit is the only active "forum" on the internet these days. I use it for other TV shows and videogames as well. There really is nowhere else for fandom discussion these days.
