My dad was the one who bought me toys, even though he was working at Denny's and Taco Bell (we immigrated to the U.S. from Eastern Europe and this was his first job in the U.S. and he barely understood English). So yeah, my mom thought I shouldn't have the toys because I had the luxury of food, a bed, and clothes (which were bought at Goodwill). The toys probably signified that my dad cared for my upbringing, so my mom felt threatened by it (she made me give them away after they divorced).
DId you wanted to save them? Many throw them in the dustbin at that age (I didn't, buy many do).

I have quite a few...
My worst is when i had my drawing folder out during recess(I was about 9 at the time) and I had all mytmnt, ghostbusters, batman, extreme dinosaur drawings out and some bastard kid slaps it out of my hand and all of my drawings go flying due to a strong wind. i am all angry and spazzing out that i go running after them for like a block, all dirty and wet and some i could not catch. I come back crying and the douche keeps making fun of me, so i spear him and start punching until someone pulls me off of the bloody prick. That was really bad cuz all of my classmates after that thought I would snap and kill somebody one day...

When i was young im not sure what michaelangello toy it was but i had this mike and it was the year 1999. i only had 5 turtles at the time. i was telling my friends in my kindergartin class about the ninja turtles and how they looked like. they didnt beleive me. then my friend (girl companion) suggested i brought in a toy to show everyone what they looked like. so i brought in a the mikey ninja turtle and show them. i didnt have it out for long because i was affraid if i was seen with the toy my teacher would take it away. But she didnt see it and i felt satisfied that my friends new what they were. Then the sad part comes. I go on the bus and my "friend" ki'shawn was there. we didnt really like each other that much. we would always get into fights, then two days after we would be friends. And he asked "can i see the turtle again?" me being a nice person let him see it. then he asked "can i borow it" I said no. Then he said if i didnt let him borrow it he would tell the bus driver and i would get in trouble. i dint want to get in trouble but i didnt want him to "borrow" it so i let him borrow it. and i never saw it again.

Of cource theres way more to the story than that but i dont want to take anymore of your time.

Ahh my worst experience had to be when I wa about 7 or 8. I had just started to get my Tmnt hand-me-downs from my uncle who was heavily into the Tmnt. I got the Van, technodrome, a bunch of foot, 3 of the Turtles( missing Leo), and of course a million weapons. Some that didnt even go with the Tmnt line. lmao. Thats everyone tho I bet. So like I said I was missing Leo, and he was my favorite when I was a kid. Well, my friend had Leo , I begged him for months to trade me. Always the same answer, ''hell no''!

So then, out of the blue, he came over one day. I had c3po fig My mom had just bought. Little did I know he wanted it really bad. He said ''Ill trade ya for it''. I was like ''yes''! So, I got my Leo! Finally. Then my grams came over. And brought her dog....ugh. I had Leo on the coffee table. The dog was barking, asusual, for no reason. Got up to get some juice, didnt hear any barking. I thought of the worst, which came to be true. The dog got ahold of my precious Leonardo! The figure I had wanted so bad for so long. Now, it was all chewed up, limbs everywhere. No a pretty scene. I cried and cried. It was horrible. I went another 4 years without a Leo figure. We didnt have money so it wasnt as simple as going to the store and buying one. But yeah, still haunts me to this day.

Thats must be why I try to buy everything in doubles. Just in case a dog breaks into my house and eats all my figures.

My friend's Shredder action figure was destroyed by a dog back in 1992-1993 or something.

In kindegarten a kid BEGGED me to borrow super shredder. I caved. Got it back like 2 months later with all of the armor ripped off. "Sorry my little brother broke it". Okay pal, you yourself are like 5 years old, why the f*** would you let a brother (presumably aged 2 years old) get his grubby little maggot hands on my BORROWED toy?! That was 1994 I believe. I didn't get to replace that figure until summer 09. Later, in high school, I jumped him in the hallway for 'talking behind my back" but really it was becuase I still had bitter feelings about the toy.

I feel a little bad reading some of these cause my only bad experiance involved the Pizza Shooter.

The toy was my brother's and he loved using me as target practice.

I can't think of any really bad TMNT experience.

I guess the closest thing would be when I lost my mutating Raphael figure and Tattoo figure as a kid, but that's it.

I re-bought them as an adult anyway.

I saw on http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/member.php?u=4344 that it looks like you live in the UK, so maybe it jumped on a boat travelling between Sweden to the UK across the Skagerrak and North Sea.

OK. The dog probably went into an aeroplane or a boat travelling between Sweden and the USA.

Not necessarily a bad experience, but my buddies always ask me simple TMNT questions when we drink and I'll go on forever and they just laugh. That's nothing, but when we go to bigger parties they do the same sh*t and all these people I don't even know think I'm insane lol
