I know! If I would have known it was going to be this active I would have done something cooler, and not as much of a lazy sketch. I really need to get my inner artist out more often.

Unlike the rest of you, I can't wait for the Irma one, I have some ideas in mind :3.

The boots I felt needed to look heavy duty and plain. After I was done I was kinda, meh. So I know what you mean.

I loved the original Slash figure, I thought it was a great contrast from all the other figures. Especially his color scheme. But I enjoyed his origin from the cartoon and wanted to keep a piece of that so I gave him the eye-piece and tried to mix that with my second sub 90's comic style.
I am also a fan of the movie and original comic looks where everybody had a wardrobe that came from the junk yard.

I'm back dudes , again i'm sorry my english is a french english , even if I used to live in London 1 year looks like i have more lot to learn btw about my friend Fouinyturtle , I am his friend in the real lyfe we live in same city and he don't know a word in english so i post all his work on world forum where he wants I do to , so every turtle dude in the world can see it, you can check the guy on my tmnt french forum lestortuesninja.forumfamilly.net If there is a need to proof anything pals , my buddy is in hospital for 2 weeks so he won't finish the custom slash on time but he wanted to participate on the big technodrome he was so glad and pleased about all your comments on the customs he made on dimension X master Wip custom section! about slash it is one of his favorite custom base . for my part I will definatly participate for Irma cause I was so late

Funny, that's exactly the same for me , Some days before I draw a Turtle with a Girl (suposed to be April I guess) (just before I saw Irma was winning for the next redesign) so she will easily became a Fresh new Irma okay that will not be some Fouiny's Slash customs but f*ck it I'll do my thing
edit : did my submission for Hellturtle Fouiny will count ? you can contact the boy directly on our forum I put the base in english and lock off some thread so even hosts can leave a message in the blog and other places.

I would like to say that if Lost Angel is submitting it for a personal friend called Hellturtle, because Hellturtle can't get online due to his smacked up face, i'd have no qualms about the entering, as long as its for Hellturtle, and not LA. If, on the other hand, he's just taken the picture offa someone else online (such as me going into the customs section, grabbing a coupla pictures of say... Patraw or Vaughn or someone, then going "I wanna enter this for such and such") then frankly, no. That would be wrong.

This time will count but next time not, Sorry Lost Angel, I would like to include all your friends work, but he is not even a member of this forum and is not your work, so please let him know that I would love to have him with us here in The Technodrome, and then all his work, posted by you on his behalf or him, will be gladly accepted as a sub, this time an exception will be open but next time will not.

About Irma and moving the character poll to the group, 3 good things:

1 - Only group members would vote.

2 - Character choice would please us more.

3 - The social group would have more usage.

Bad in that:

1 - Becoming an "Elite" choice would distance the regular user that like this threads, and I like this thread to be to everyone to participate and motivate to artistic expression

2 - I can predict the fights between artist to get a consensual character for next redesigns, this way is always a surprise and aleatory.

3 - OK I would like to have more posts on the social group, but with the "request character", the "Suggestions" and "Redesign and contest talkback" threads we have many ways to affect positively the options in the characters poll, so the best way to get "good" characters to redesign is going to the group and suggest them to the next polls.

About the backstories... well I like the idea, but from the start this is suppose to be an art redesign contest, so if anyone what to include a backstory please do like oldmanwinters and embed it in the picture.

Hope we can agree on this and move to the poll. Great work everyone and thanks for all suggestions (if I didn´t address something let me know please), new submitters will receive an invitation to the social group, and if anyone else want to join just follow the link in my signature.
