Bay isn't directing, he's producing. Plus, we don't have an idea about what the movie is about, all we know is that the origin has been updated. Also, this is just another rumor like the "sneek peek" that was suppose to be shown at the KCAs. Until Nick confirms this as the titles of the episodes, I don't belive it.
