I too thought that might be Rat King on the cover.

Perhaps a failed psychoropic experiment that somehow escaped from containment?

I'm hoping it's not Rat King. Stockman and Krang are already tied together as a team. I'd prefer if Rat King were on his own entirely.

I'm with you on keeping Rat King's "Independent" status. However, just because he's creeping around Stockman's lab doesn't necessarily mean he's in cahoots with him or Krang or even the Foot Clan. My guess is that he would have his own agenda.

Agreed, the more I look at it the more flat it looks, it just lacks detail to make it stand out.....

i disagree. The #13 cover looks cool to me. Duncans cover for 11 looks flat. Karai looks graceful in 13. Hehe. I dont reLLY like the april cover. She starts to look like a totally diferent character the more i look like it.

Liking the April cover but I liked the VA comic variant of April better.
As for issue 11 its pretty plain looking.

Who is that in the reflection of the sword. They don't look Asian and don't have a scar on their face so its not shredder. Could it be Caseys dad?

Yeah and Casey is secretly Karai. But really I don't think Shredder is reincarnatied, there's been a few appearances of a foot ninja with a scar over his face just like shredder had in feudal Japan. I mean it makes sense that he doesn't wear his armour everywhere and has a ninja outfit.
