Finally found the new 2012 ninja turtle figures!

Sadly though,I couldn't find an April figure.

I did good though. I have 8 of the 9 figures. Only on the hunt for April.

Found an endcap full of turtles at my local TRU. Picked up another Kraang and a Shredder. I was hesitant to get Shredder at first because his armor looks way too big and ridiculous for a ninja, but seeing pictures of him from other people with the turtles made me want to give him a chance. Maybe I'll like him better once I get him open.

I also picked up the bike (that didn't come with a figure) and a storage shell Don. I probably won't get the other storage shell figures, but they were very tempting.

Stryker had been texting me pics of his Turtle finds all day while I was at work. So at the tail end of my shift, I called Toys R Us. The dame on the phone was stoked to tell me they had a whole section for the turtles. So, I punched out and raced over. I snagged all 4 turtles for 35. I'm digging the hell out of them. I had forgot about the sound fx figures til I saw the pack in slip. looking forward to Leo, for sure.

They had the storage shells, but 25 is too much for me to warrant on a single figure, considering what I had previously picked up giant Turtles.

Just ordered the set of 4 "classic" TMNT figures directly from www.playmatestoys.com , can't wait until they arrive! Though not 100% cartoon accurate (main difference is the color scheme) I truly believe these are the closest we will ever get to original cartoon accurate figures. Hopefully they continue the line, at least with a Shredder figure, that would be great.

I'm whatever on the Classics figures, but I want to support them, in the hopes that they'll do more of the same articulation and accuracy, but using other Turtles universes as inspiration for the figures.

Wow. I think I'm gonna paint my Classics' eyes white, whenever I get them. They look awesome like that.

Then again, the Turtles have always looked best with all-white eyes.

Got the Shellraiser vehicle today to complete all of series 1 for me, bring on series 2! XD

Shellraiser has a lot of stickers. Biggest pain were the headlights. Had to use tweezers there.
