I'm with you, I like the show too, even if it somewhat harkens back to what I was saying about the Illuminati having their practices perceived as "cool" by cramming them into an endearing and engaging cartoon.

The last Scooby-Doo series, Mystery Incorporated, is also full of less-than-subtle symbolism, it even makes a whole plot point about the devil planet Niberu

They would hate if if anyone took anything from it other than the entertainment value, but most people don't have that train of thought or the urge to probe deeper because they don't believe there is some sort of spiritual occult warfare going on in what they perceive to be mundane regular life
