Shellback Artworks Grand Opening & Original Art Pics

Here are some pics from the grand opening of Shellback Artworks in Wells, ME. I didn't take any pics inside the store as there were a bunch of people inside and my hands were full, but I snapped some pics of my favorite items in the gallery.

First of all....my gets!!

Got this print for $10...signed by all 3!

IDW Ultimate Collection 1 B&W Variant

This was the flyer advertising the event...its the size of a large postcard and nice and glossy!

And here are some items from the original art Gallery....DROOOLL!!! Sorry if the pics are crappy, I only had one hand free for my phone, and it was hard to avoid reflections from the overhead lighting

The first photo is the original painting for the SNES Tournament Fighters game...its one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen!

Nothing I posted was for sale.....it was all in the gallery upstairs. Some of it was on loan from Peter, and I think the rest was Steve's.

Wish I could have been there... or even be able to go there... no chance really unless I get someone to take me there or hire a car...

Yep, thanks so much for sharing those pics! I would have loved to have seen those in person but seeing the photos really helps confirms a few things for me.

What issues are all those B&Ws from??

I plan on making another trip there in a few months. Hopefully the store will be stocked full o turtle stuff, and I can have 2 free hands to snap more pics.
