So I opened my Leo and let me say I am sadly disappointed in this figure. I am going to do a video review so you guys can see, but the articulation is basically 0.

Given that Walmart is going to get the giant turtles, I thought were tru exclusives, does that mean we can expect to see the secret sewer lair at Walmart also?

i guess they dont want to spend to mutch on the variants.you said in the review that the heads dont fit but was that from the nn factory or the ob i think someone said that the ob turtles did have a smaller head socket so perhaps they will fitt??

Thank you for the review, man. Seriously, it seems like Playmates is not even trying anymore.

No matter what the paint job is to the figures, they will be necessary to buy. However, why can't Playmates just flat out say, "It's the cost to make these figures that matters, and sometimes, if it's too high, then that's the reason why there is limited paint applications and lack of articulation." Why can't they just say that?

The new figure reminds me of a happy meal toy you'd buy at McDonalds or BK in the 90s.
UG Oh well. Guess I'll skip the new figs and pick up the legos instead. |

EvilAnimation, thanks for the review!
I know you said the ball joint would have to be modified if we switch the Ooze Launchin' Leo's head with the regular 2012 figure, but does their flesh color match? I'm ok with sanding down the ball joint and really want to put the ooze launchin' head on the regular body!! Thanks!!! |

I accept that I'm not the target audience for the playmates toys, but man, those first wave Nick turtles were pretty fantastic. And then... this. It's a pretty big drop in quality. They better not mess up Leatherhead or some of the other upcoming figures. |

So much for being able to swap the heads. That was my only reason of interest in these. Oh well, saves me money.
