Yeah dude! What the hell? Such a horrible experience. I don't think I'll ever take the ooze out again, & if I buy more I'll handle the goo with latex gloves on to remove the turtle within & be done with it. But odds are I won't purchase another. That sh*t should be recalled, yo!

Wow, I was going to buy some ooze, but after reading all these posts about bad taste, i dunno...Does it really not go away no matter how many times you wash your hands?

Like I said, it went away after a day or so. I'd have to try some experiments though as all but the last time I washed my hands with hand soap, the last time was dish detergent (which was probably stronger than the hand soap)

I also realised some of it was under my fingernails and I hadn't scrubbed them until the last time I washed my hands

But yeah, you might want to have rubber gloves and/or scrub really well a few times with lots of soap

I bought one for my daughter and I didn't have any fingernails to remove the cap so I used my teeth, and yeah it tastes horrendous. After kinda struggling to put it back in it definatly permeated a few layers of skin. Took a few hours for me to stop noticing it. My kid won't play with it after she realized it made her hands taste like poo. It will be strictly decoration or set prop from now on. I think I might come up with a way to make it lumines.

i dont have the new ooze vehicles but i have noticed that on the shellraiser and the sewer that the instructions for where to put the stickers doesnt match up with the product like they may have changed it before production but didnt update the instructions. anyone else??

Oh yeah!!! Look what I purchased today at TRU. $6.99 each. Only needed four for now. Removed the rest and kept the displayed box lol

The rest were $7.99. I had customer service price match their online price which is $6.99. Only wanted the 4 important canisters, and the display box too. Lol

It clearly says on the back package to "wash hands with warm water and laundry detergent". Was I the only one who read that?

Well the laundry detergent part appears to be for cleaning it out of carpets, clothing, walls & furniture, but yeah, I didn't read that at all

I open all my toys, even if the packaging is really nice. I like to pose them and take pictures of them.

LOL I used to think of this movie all the time with collecting! But I don't know it's just what I prefer to do. I like the newness I guess? It's always so rad to see a fresh MOC to me. I find displaying them is cooler to me and yes I guess it is a nice option to sell them if I need the money. I had the whole TMNT movie figure set pretty much all as mint as you will probably find and had to sell a few off early last year when my daughter had some medical probs.

To each his/her own though!

PS- "taking figures out to play with and pose them" sounds equally 40-year old virgin-like! I have opened one Basic Don though and he has two left hands...wtf?
