OH MY GLOB!!! What an EPIC episode!!!!! Had a perfect blend of drama/comedy/action!!!...almost worth the wait.

I was tense the entire time, not sure what was going to happen next. For a moment I thought Tiger Claw had iced Mr. Murigami....sigh

Should have known better than to let Mikey pick a battle place. A BUTCHER SHOP?!? He if wasn't already KO'd....grrrr

Relieved that Karai knows the truth, but now...gulp

I wonder why Mikey picked such a place. Do you think that maybe the implication was that the turtles were fighting to kill this time? For instance, Mikey probably could've chained up Tigerclaw from another part of the room, not necessarily by the saw. It also seemed that Mikey was pulling him towards it before Leo accidentally cut the chain.

So, am I the only one making this darker than need be?

Mikey picked a meat locker because Tigerclaws wouldn't be able to smell them in there. (and he couldn't)

it was a very smart idea ^_^

also....Mikey did almost stab Bradford with his Kusarigama once.

The meat made Tiger Claw unable to smell the Turtles. That's all.

I meant other than that. Just felt that they were going to fight to kill this time. You know, two birds with one stone.

That's what I thought too when Tigerclaw unsheathed his claws like that, it looked to me like he was honestly going to kill him. Especially when we see Mr. Murigami next and he's lying on the ground, I thought, 'Now they are going to come across a corpse."

Pretty cool episode, just wish they'd lay low on Mikey's humor during these type of episodes but hey at least he wasn't useless and thought up some good ideas here. If only the writers could keep up the consistence writing like this for Mikey I'd like the guy a lot more.

Action was pretty awesome! Tiger Claw is one of my favorite villains

Liked how every one got to fight, poor Mikey got hurt pretty bad though, ouch!

Karai's always been one of my favorites since the 2003 series, she still is

Will she join the turtles or not? That is the question. Raph of turtles I can see having trouble trusting her the most. For Donnie it will take a while hey'll come around though sooner or later. I have a feeling Mikey will be ok with her joining, depends how things end up by the end of this arc but Leo's been trying to get her to join since they first ran into each other so I'd say he'd be more than willingly to accept her into the group

Over all, one of my favorites. Wonder if Leo will have an easier time talking the guy's into letting them help her??? Raph like I said will still be having a tough time with this idea for a while as will Donnie but...Guess will see

Maybe Donnie won't be that difficult to persuade. He is logical and Karai did save them. She fought with them and also prevented Tigerclaw from discovering their lair. I think he'd take that into consideration.

Mikey will probably trust Leo's judgment...unless the writers throw us a curveball and have him side with Raph.

Honestly, the only one I could see having a problem with it is Raph.

I don't think they have said that they kill, but they sure do avoid it generally.

Positives:
- I like how Mikey is written in this episode. He's zany, but not a complete idiot.

- I like how the fight scenes were handled with a sense of seriousness.

- The writing is evenly mixed with humour, action and drama.

Negatives/Nitpicks:
- Why is it that in most action cartoons, the Villain(s) says that they're going to destroy the hero(es) instead of killing them?

- How did Casey manage to survive falling from that building without breaking any major bones?

- Why does Leonardo automatically believe Karai when she tells him, Donatello and April about Splinter being her father?

Overall, a very strong episode. 9/10

This was an amazing episode. Mikey managed to get his chance to show he's actually competent. Hell, wasn't it him who came up with the idea to lead Tiger Claw into a meatlocker. Also Casey managed to strut his stuff.

Maybe because it wasn't a direct drop? The trash bin broke his fall, so it softened the blow. Oh a positive...he lost the fight. I was glad for that. He's been a bit too good when fighting, imo.

He was probably going with his instincts and was being hopeful. Wish Donnie could've voiced his real opinion as opposed to going along with April's intuition.

Because he wants to believe her. He have wanted her to join their side from day one.

I really like that Raph is still very suspicious about her, even after Tigerclaw takes away with her. It seems very true to his nature and adds extra tension to the situation. There's going to be some huge arguments when Leo wants to go save her in "The Legend of the Kuro Kabuto" and "Vengeance is Mine

Such an awesome episode. Turtles & Karai Vs. Tigerclaw was so cool. Poor Mikey, though.
