Not official Marketing, but Craved Online talked about the upcoming movie (without much flattering to say, so fair warning).

William Bibbiani from Crave Online particularly thought it was shameful marketing for the poster releases here recently.

real stoked on the shot of Leo saying "we're ninjas" I think Knoxville's voice is gonna work out and the facial expression looks great in my opinion. I keep feeling better and better about this movie the more they show.

Eh, I was okay with trailer #4 but this new one has got me feeling less optimistic now. I don't know...

I tried the Mikey one the other day. It was tasty. I didn't have the cheesy bites, but the toppings were pretty good. Raph is just a Meat lover without the pork sausage and ham and Leo is a veggie lover without the tomato. Too bad they are online only recipes.

I hate online orders, especially when people order the food that way, something always messes up; they order something on the site we don't actually have (Crush), their card gets declined, they change their mind when the order has been made (that can sometimes benefit the employee by providing pizza to otherwise starving workers), and the estimated delivery time isn't always correct to what needs to be stated causing people to be frustrated that their order isn't there yet. There are other problems, I just wish people would be patient when ordering their food and either order at the store or by talking to someone on the phone.

I am weird as well. I like sitting in a theater with the crowd cheering, laughing , and crying at the same moments. I hope for some good trailers, but many times end up with romantic comedy features; comic book people don't like those dumb middle aged comedies where the adult has 3 children and can't grow up and ends up getting some life lesson or whatever.

I have gone to movies by myself, but it is boring unless I have someone with me that I can converse with while the movies events unfold. My dad and I usually go to movies; I take him twice a year for father's day and his birthday to some movie he chooses in advance and we usually see the movies on there opening day. So whether it is before or after anyone of those specific dates I pay for everthing for those events. We have always enjoyed movies together.

ugh, a serious pet peeve of mine is when a character that is supposed to be a Ninja uses the word "ninjas" in a serious context.

There are no such thing as "ninjas", there is one Ninja, several Ninja, no S in the plural form of Ninja, same with Samurai.

Re: Penny & Darth - I do like being in a packed house, especially on opening night (it can make bad movies decent and good movies great, at least in the moment), but too many kids sometimes ruin everything. They often never shut up and their parents don't want to reprimand them. Around here, the midnight showings are almost always predominantly adults and there's substantially less jibber-jabber going on. "Dark Knight Rises" was a good one, in that everyone's enthusiasm made it easier to overlook some of the holes in that movie at the time. "Hulk", on the other hand, started off with everyone in a great mood, and at the end, people were tossing their garbage at the screen during the credits, it was pretty funny (although I liked and continue to like that movie).

I had the exact opposite experience, once. In 1996, I went to an 11:30pm showing of "Oliver and Company", and was literally the only one there. Poor "Oliver and Company"... nobody loves you like I do...

And I actually really like trailers, in theory. It's just that there's so many awful movies nowadays, my most common reaction to trailers is, "Why are they wasting money making THAT movie?" It's still something I look forward to when I go to the theater, though. I think part of me is still waiting to be blown away by a surprise He-Man or Thundercats trailer. I can dream, can't I?

Usually at AMC theaters if you are seeing the movie at 12:01 you get bonuses like a poster print, lanyard with your laminated ticket, etc.
