But I'm confident that Ciro has a plan, and we will get to the Raph-centric episodes eventually. I think they've done a good job with both Leo and Donnie. In "The ultimate visual history" Brandon Auman is quoted as saying that we will learn where Raph's anger comes from, and why it is related to the scar on his plastron. So that sounds like good stuff

And that episode about the scar and his anger sounds great. That's something I'm really interested to see.

haha, I was just to lazy to write it all. Yes, the things Auman talks about sounds extremely exciting. I really hope that they will focus as much on Raph later on as they have on Leo and Donnie (not that he should steal the spotlight entially, just a bit more than in season 1 and 2) and explore the character more, because there's so much potential. I really really like the Nick version of Raphael.

I'm a little disappointed though that he and Slash are on good terms already, I would've loved to see more of Slash taunting Raph about the things he have said his brothers

See, this pisses me off. So they are taking a character arc that is supposed to belong to Raph, and they give it to Donnie. I am really starting to actually hate Donnie because of all of the character developments/episodes focus/scene stealing sh!t that is being shoved down our throats. He's got his freaking arcs, the science, the April thing, the mutagen, Mutagen Man. Damn, leave some stuff for Raph and Mikey. 2k3 may have had it's boner for Leo, but damn, I think the hard on for Donnie and the Nick show is topping it, and season 2 isn't even finished yet.

You did better than me. I just got home from work, and am super excited after seeing the new Hobbit trailer, so I was in no mood to try and decipher internet code. Glad you did it for me. Usually though, I still call it the Meet Casey Jones ep, most people will understand.

Really...also after "The Wrath of Tiger Claw" and "Vengeance is Mine"? I agree that the show was a little less interesting at one point, but those two episodes got me all hyped again

Hon, if it don't have Raphael being an absolute badass, the episode is boring for me. And mind you, the last few episodes I seen, they barely shown him, or it was just for laughs like when he switched minds with a Krang. I didn't care for that one much.

Ok, he doesn't need to be a complete badass, but I would like to see less bullying by him towards his brothers, and more of the Raphael who will defend his brothers to the end. I liked the moments when he gave Mikey his pep talk after Bradford ended up being a dick, or Raph getting up and dragging Donnie away when he was making a fool of himself in front of April.

Cheesus Cheddar, I couldn't agree more. The 2003 show had it's hard on for Leo but the arcs were VERY interesting and they didn't replace the other characters, not to mention the amount of character development they gave Leo. Donnie is my least favorite Turtle in this series because HE'S TAKING OTHER ARCS that aren't even good. He's got more arcs than any other Turtle in this show and it gets so damn annoying. At least Leo's arcs are quite decent and improve on the story and develop Leo's character. That's another thing, Donnie has ENOUGH development and they just keep adding and adding and it's such an overkill. You've got Mikey who needs more development, and hell, SHREDDER needs some development. I get that Donnie's a really useful member to the team, but there's only so much of Donnie I can handle.

Exactly. I'm all onboard with the annoyance that Raph doesn't get as much attention as Leo and Don. But when they make episodes like that, it makes up for it

I don't care about Leo getting episodes since his actually gives development and impacts the plot, but CUT BACK ON DONNIE FOR GOD'S SAKE.

I don't wanna hate Donnie....but It's like he's stealing screentime away from Mikey and Raph.....and I can't help but want him to be pushed aside a little.

This SDCC for Turtles has been so underwhelming. The season 2 finale should have aired by now and all we got otherwise is 3 sketches or 3 more mutants.

What are you talking about, Cubed? They showed a preview of the finale and concept art and revealed other things for season three. You can't expect them to reveal everything in one fell swoop. They have to keep some things secret to surprise the fans. Just sit back and wait for things to come. I'm sure you'll get what you want if you just wait.

And judging by that shot of Leo flying through the window in Foom's sig, I now notice that Leo doesn't have his swords.

Those are all from the Season 2 finale which should have aired by now so it's not new stuff for next year.

All we got were sketches of Mondo Gecko, Muckman, Napoleon and some beavers...no new major characters or storylines.

They didn't even show a clip of Bebop and Rocksteady which was bizarre. And no Triceratons when they confirmed them a while back?

first off, the only reason youre complaining that we didnt get anything is because YOU did not get specifically what you wanted. we got plenty of great things, without your bebop/rocksteady or triceratons. we got just as much as last year, some new characters, a couple hints, a trailer etc. also, season 1's finale didnt air yet last year, so why should season 2's?

second, you have become unbearable here, all you do is whine about the same few, irrelevant things over and over and over again and turn every discussion to your same overreacting obsessions.

its not "bizarre" they didnt show bebop/rocksteady. at all. their characters have been introduced, and they may want their mutation to be out of nowhere, just like rahzars.

The triceratons were not shown! i dont know how this is still baffling you!? they were confirmed, but that doesnt mean that they have to or will be shown, they may want their design to again be a surprise. OR they might not be in season 3 until the end and maybe not even until season 4.

you are allowed to be disapointed, but at this point you are just obnoxious

The big difference between this years SDCC and last years is that Nick officially released all the drawings/sketches online right after the event ended. Nothing this year.

im just tired of threads being spammed with his continuous whining over bebop/rocksteady and the triceratons.

you can be upset and express that, but whats done is done and once its been discussed once or twice, harping on it in multiple threads repeatedly is just annoying

To be honest, I really hate and love Comic Con weekend: Sometimes you get really great leaked footage and news, but other times you hear stuff that you just wanna see I don't get why they don't release the footage they show after a few days.
