Hmmm with something like that they might cop out and just make it Irma's child. Irma's child and some nameless guy she hasn't met yet. I mean, if the child is human, it'll be obvious April ended up with Casey. If the child is greensih, it'll be obvious she ended up with Donnie. I kinda doubt they'd spoil something that major.

Of course... perfect way to introduce Shadow... Yeah I know she was never April's biological child in the comics... but neither was Karai ever Splinter's biological child either.....

Like I said, if the child is a descendant of April and Donnie, maybe she has something in her like Karai does now, where she can disguise her non human qualities as human. Maybe say, she saves her grandmother from the threat, and then she goes back to the time portal, and just as it gets ready to take her back to the future, you can see her skin change to a hint of green. Or heck, maybe the child has a peculiar gapped tooth. It's subtle, but not in your face.
