From what Bubbly said, it's an indication that the storyboard panels might be real considering it was in the storyboards.

They were put up on Roulin Li's Instagram back in February.

Which was a big red flag even then that they weren't fake considering she is one of the show's storyboard revisionists.

There's only a select few people that could have the boards for all episodes, and she's one of them.

It'll be a long time before we find out.

The early Season 3 episodes were done during and around Comic Con 13' as confirmed by Sean, Rob, and others during an IGN interview. So by February, they may have very well had all of Season 3 written by that point.

So it's way too soon to tell, so I won't even begin to make an assumption.

So I might be jumping ahead, since I'm sure they're going to be in Northampton a while, but what do you think the Earth Protection Force is going to be up to when they get back to NYC? Is anyone thinking that they might go after April if they find out she's part krang? I don't know if that's been discussed yet.

I would wager that they are covering up what they can so it doesn't cause national if not global panic. If possible evacuating the Humans who haven't been mutated yet. Other wise quarantining the city so no one can enter and no one can leave.

Rounding up the mutations so something can be done to fix them or studied.

Yeah, the Kraang will probably be in it, especially since we're going to learn about April's mom in an episode.

And, yes, I was alluding to the storyboards that were leaked since Don discusses Bigfoot and a music box. But I don't blame Ciro for lying because his hands were pretty much tied. He couldn't very well say, "Yep those boards are real and that's what's going to happen in the finale." The person who leaked those boards shouldn't have even done it, and I would hope that she was let go for it.
