The ratings are low because the show has crappy advertising and doesn't keep a constant schedule. Toy and merchandise sales haven't been lowered so the shiw may last 7 seasons.

Isn't that why the Shredder fights are so short? I remember after The Gauntlet came out, a lot of moms were complaining about how brutal it was for a kids show, so now, instead of making Shredder weaker, they shorten the fights.

Then why in 2003 series didnt shorten the fights or did or something like that? Didnt moms complained then? It was a much serious and darker show compared to the current show. And how do you know that they shorten the fights for this reason? Any proof? If Parents of little kids can force Nickelodeon to lower the violence and to make it kid friendly then it will be the best fo the future of TMNT if Nick sells it to another Network that dont have so many kids watching it. Do There are lot of Networks who make very good actions shows for adults. I am starting now slowly to realize that it was a big mistake that Mirrage sold it to Nickelodeon and not to a more serious network.

None of us WANT the show to end, Cubed, but there's the slim possibility that season four could be the last one, and if that's the case, then we have to accept it.

I hope you're counting yourself in that disgruntled group, Cubed, because you're one of the worst I've seen.

Is there any chance that this spin off is more of a continuation of TMNT but with a different animation/art style and hopeful with a TV-PG rating?

Maybe it would have more a focus storyline with a clear beginning and ending.

Nah, my guess is that it's going to be either be a Half Shell Heroes spin-off or a Mighty Mutanimals spin-off.

Nickelodeon said today that TMNT is doing well and people are still talking about the end of the show! How can this happen? Nickelodeon dont have any reason to cancel the show as long as it remains profitable and popular!!

Transformers Prime had 3 seasons and the ending was satisfying.
There's no need to make 7 seasons just because it's popular.
When the story's done, it's done.

Random change of subject!!
New episode in less than two weeks. Muck Man would appear! He might look more disgusting than Mutagen Man... But I expect the Eye Ball partner to being funny

I have a feeling that the episode is going to be gross and probably going to need a sick bag.

No, it's Ashley Johnson, the voice of Terra from "Teen Titans".

I hope this isn't a filler episode. We haven't had a "filler" episode since episode 7, which is a long time.

Of course a Muckman episode is going to be filler, c'mon. He's another mutant.

Kids will love it, TMNT fans will see it just to see it, and it'll probably make around 400-600k.
If the sequel made 400-600k that would be the very definition of a flop.

Well it apparently still has Kung Fu Panda, Sanjay and Craig, Rabbids Invasion, and Harvey Beaks.

It will be amazing filler, though.

You know what's funny, I kinda wish they had cast Robbie Rist as Muckman instead of Mondo Gecko. As much as I liked him as the voice of Mikey in the 90s movies, I just don't see him as a good fit as MG. Then again, I wasn't sure I would like Corey Feldman as the voice of Slash, but I was pleasantly surprised.
