I agree with Cubed. I don't think they'll have an episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles WITHOUT one of the Ninja Turtles.

Plus, Mondo Gecko's a good guy. He's not going to be the antagonist of the episode. For all we know, the Dark Raph could happen in that episode, considering we don't know what episode 16's title or synopsis is.

16 could very well be the Dark Raph episode like some have said.

Well maybe the Dark Raph does starts at episode 16 and it looks like we getting more Casey and Mikey interaction so maybe Casey is cheering Mikey up by taking him out or they are looking for Raph and they bump into Mondo Gecko.

Watching the promo, I think it could be 4 episodes as there are other moments that might not be from the same episodes

Mikey's boredom, Raph and Leo shushing him/be quiet moments, could be from the Muckman or Mondo Gecko episode or a different episode.

Hun and Casey fighting again that could be from the Dark Raph episode or a different episode.

Mikey getting blown away somewhere could be from a different episode.

I bit surprised that Donnie wasn't in the promo, maybe they didn't want to spoil anything.

I just wish the episodes on the tv scedule websites update, they are taking there time.

I guess that's why we had all the filler episodes at the farmhouse so we could concentrate on the main story arc in the 2nd half of season 3 but I guessing we could have 1 or 2 more fillers before the season final.

I don't think it will be a big deal if Raph isn't in 1 or 2 episodes. In the 2k3 show there were 1 or 2 episodes that didn't feature all 4 turtles.

Yes it will. Raph has very little importance to the series as it is. Having him missing from episodes would add insult to injury but if people aren't fans of Raph, it won't matter much if he's gone.

And as for saying Dark Raph looks cool - erm, he's just Raph with a bit of Shredder's armour? And no eye pupils?

Not saying I'm not excited for the episode - but I would've expected him to have a cloak, maybe a different mask, something a bit more than we see in the preview. A bit more like he was in the vision/dream/spirit quest.

Looking forward to Mondo too. And Casey vs Hun (again).

Don't forget there will be a lot more going on behind the main plot themes we see in the preview.

LOL! Pretty much what you do all the time about everything else. The only difference being I speak up when Raph, my favorite turtle is concerned or when the show isn't promoted well.

Raph is my favorite Turtle as well, and I really like the Nick incarnation of the character in particular. But I'm not here thinking the writers are purposely ignoring him.

Wasn't there a rumor that we'd be seeing how Raph got the scar on his shell this season? The writers don't seem to be ignoring Raph on purpose, they write the show like this: Foot themed episodes usually go to Leo, Kraang themed episodes usually go to Donnie, and filler/mutant of the week usually goes to Mikey a/o Donnie. Overall, I feel like Donnie gets way too much attention in this show. Leo gets attention, but his stories are very interesting. Mikey's stories aren't to great for me, sad to say, but Raph, whenever Raph gets en episode, it's usually pretty damn great. Hell, even his filler episodes (2x17) are really great. Slash and Destroy showed that Raph can carry an episode, which pisses me off that they don't utilize it. If I'm not mistaken, Raph hasn't had any centric episodes this season, which makes me REALLY mad.

Same. I'm hoping that maybe we see him with Shredder's armor because Shredder just got Raph under his control, which would make sense, and then he gets his Foot armor/costume later on, which I'd very much enjoy.

One thing I've been wondering about: if Raph does get a new costume, wouldn't they make a toy of it? They've made toys for all of the turtles previous costume changes, correct? So I'd assume, if Raph does get some sort of new costume, that we should've seen a toy of it by now. Unless they held it back for whatever reason, but I don't know how the toy business really works, if they do that until the story airs in the show, but they've showed Fugitoid and others already. Or maybe lack of a toy in this case doesn't mean anything. I'd love for Raph to get some new armor in the show.

I think they'd make a toy, but keep in mind that the toy not being made at the moment doesn't mean he won't get a costume. Karai got a toy after she was mutated, and her normal self still hasn't gotten a toy.

That's okay if it doesn't bother you but I can see it as plain as day and quite a few others can as well. I don't know why others can't see that. Probably because others aren't as attached to the character. It could be because the writers don't know how to write him or he's not their favorite. All of which is an unprofessional approach.

And yes, there is way too much Donnie in this series. Ciro said Donnie is his favorite so that explains it. Again, letting your love for a specific character dictate what episodes you make is unprofessional and repetitive.

Hey, I feel you on that. If it was Leo, I'd totally be ticked off if he was getting this treatment. In fact, that's why I hated Fast Forward because he wasn't featured on there much at all, so I definitely see where others are coming from on that. But I do hope Raph gets a good arc with this one and that it's not rushed.

Alright, I'm speaking as a Donnie & Raph fan of this franchise. Loved Raph & Donnie in '87, '03, the movies, and 2K12. So I've felt the joy of having one of my favorite characters in the spotlight for a long time, but I also spent the time wondering "if" that other favorite character of mine would ever get that chance one day. I'm going to say you Raphael fans drive me nuts and I literally am laughing at all of this whining and crying. Can you really be that spoiled?

No, the character of Raphael isn't a prominant role for the first time in 30 years in a TMNT franchise, and yes, Donatello is for the first time ever. And instead of being happy for those Donatello fans, some of whom have literally waited a whole 30 years for that moment, you all cry like babies.

"No! Too much Donnie in this series. They hate my character! Give my favorite character the spotlight again because my character deserves to be and yours doesn't!"

So this series doesn't have Raph as a main role. So what? You know what I do when I want to see him in a main role, I watch any other TMNT incarnation ever made. (Hell even TNM, the Bay movie, literally everything!) I think that's a lot of options to choose from.

There are probably some Donnie fans on this forum that see all of the posts on here and are like put Raph on the backburner for another 25 years, and then you can complain.

The moral, it's like Mick Jagger said, "You can't always get what you want."

Accept it and move on.

As someone who always resented Raph for hogging the spotlight (& being the least well rounded turtle, at that), I'm with you 100%.
